Other things to note

If you are planning to have your vehicle on your visit, parking is street parking, however, you'll need to pay attention to posted signs for street cleaning. These are usually between 8AM-12PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you're parking, just make sure you are not in those zones during the posted times or you will be ticketed.
You will need a daily parking permit, which costs $5 per day. A temporary, or visitor pass may be picked up in person at the Division of Parking (394 Central Avenue, Jersey City, NJ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) I will provide you with your first day's permit. You will need to contact the Jersey City parking authority (located conveniently only 3 blocks away) for any days after that. Please let me know ahead of time if you plan on parking your vehicle so I may provide the first day’s pass for you. For more questions about parking, please call the Division of Parking Enforcement at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ext 3.
It can be hard to find a parking spot in the afternoon or late at night, but I guarantee you will find a spot even if it's a block or two away. If able, I highly recommend parking your vehicle earlier in the day for an easy, convenient parking spot.
If you do not understand the street cleaning signs, please ask and I will help clarify.
